Wild add some help upfront.
In an unusual divisional move the Minnesots Wild, and the Calgary Flames were trading partners. After aquireing(Osgood), what many felt the Wild lacked... The Wild went out and shipped the 3rd overall pick in the recent draft Bluechip Dman Zach Bogosian, and fan favorite Wayne Primeau off to Calgary for help upfront.
The Wild recieved ceterman Mike Comrie (3g, 3a, in 17games)and sure to be fan favorite Wojtek Wolski. Wolski as some of you may recall spent a few great years togeather with Svatos in the now defunked NHL in Colorado. Expect big things from these two being centered by one of the leagues greatest power forwards Kieth Tkachuk.
Expect to see Mike Comries points to go up after a few games in between rookie Brad Richardson, and Jason King.
Rounding out the last two lines would be as follows... Also newly aquired Justin Papineau, rookie centerman Morten Madsen, and chad Kilger. The shut down line of Dan Hinote, Jamal Mayers, and Brian Willsie all boast a DF rating of 79, 76, 71 respectfully, with great discipline in all having 77 DI or higher.
Look for the Wild to be a more balanced, and determind team to play against. Playoffs? Maybe not, but at least not a guarenteed 2 points anymore.
